How can I suspend/unsuspend a card ?

You cannot find your Qonto card and wish to block it temporarily first, before maybe declaring it lost/stolen ? You can pause it.

How can I block temporarily a card ? 🔒

• From the section ‘Business Account’, click on 'Cards'

• Select the card you want to suspend

• In the right-hand side tab, at the bottom, click on 'Block card'

• Select 'Block this card' in the pop-window

• Submit your choice.

This action only suspends your card, it doesn't permanently block it.

If you want to be able to use a card again, after you've suspended it, you need to unblock it.

How can I unblock a card following a temporarily blocking ? 🔓

• From the section ‘Business Account’, click on 'Cards'

• Select the card you want to unsuspend

• In the right-hand side tab, at the bottom, click on 'Unblock card'

• Type in your password and select 'Unblock this card' in the pop-window

• Submit your choice.

I haven't found my card and think it is definitely lost/stolen 😔

• First unblock your card if you have blocked it temporarily

• Declare it lost/stolen to block it permanently (see What should I do if my Qonto card is lost or stolen? at the top of this page)
